How are the parts shipped? |

Most parts are shipped by UPS.
Some small parts (under $10) are sent by |

US Mail. Large parts must be
shipped by freight truck (beds, fenders, etc) |

Ford parts. |

How do you handle backorders? |

Backordered items normally take 1-2 weeks. If an item
is temporarily out of |

production, we will notify you with the details. |

What is the return policy? |

Returns
within 30 days of shipping date are acceptable with a 20%
restocking |

charge.
After 30 days a 40% restocking charge will be applied.
After 6 |

months
no returns will be accepted for any reason. All
returned merchandise |

must be
in resalable condition and accompanied with a copy of the
invoice |

and a
letter of explanation. Failure to do so will result in
the denial of refund. |

Refund
checks will automatically be void after 90 days. No
replacement |
checks will
be issued.
